Jeff Tithof owner states, “I find that the challenge is in recognizing unique and lasting designs, something that doesn’t cross into being merely trendy”.  “To protect your investment, your new home or remodeling project should be designed to have lasting curb appeal”.

    Jeff Tithof learned the love of building from his father Fred, a builder himself for over 30 years. Jeff’s love of design pushed him first toward the architectural profession however the love of “hands on building” made him decide that being a true “custom” builder was what he wanted to do.    

  To allow him to use his creativity, Jeff has developed the premier drafting and design firm in the area. HomeScape Drafting and Design Inc. allow’s Jeff to work directly with his clients to conceptualize and design their project in 3D on a big screen monitor while sitting comfortably in his conference room.  His clients can see camera views of interiors and photo realistic pictures of their projects exteriors.  Changes can be made in seconds.This helps to prevent costly change orders after construction starts.

    For the discerning client that requires true “stress-less building” Jeff and his employees strive to create a friendly work environment and to make the “building process” an enjoyable experience. From weekly progress meetings on the jobsite, to a full time office staff, Jeff stays in constant contact with his clients. If the office is closed you can always get an instant answer to your questions via e-mail, text or phone.  We choose to build a maximum of ten homes a year. We’ve found this allows us to give our clients the individualized attention they deserve.
 
  Tithof Construction has been chosen ‘Builder of the Year” twice. Jeff is a past President of the Saginaw HBA and still sits on the Board of Directors both locally and at the state level. He was awarded the “National Green Builder Certification” in 2008.

Locally he was elected to the St. Charles Board of Education and was named “Citizen of the Year”.
